Even though I founded Rachel Exclusive Cakes 10 years back, my two lovely kids still keep pushing me outside my comfort zone in cake designs.

When I started baking and decorating cakes, little did I know this would become my passion and open so many opportunities.  I met amazing people and interacted with well known cake artist in the UK.
