FIFA 23 TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION - Rs 500 Entrance Fee

1. Venue and Timing:

• The tournament venue details will be communicated via email and on the Mokour platform.

• Check-in at the venue will begin an hour before the start time. Ensure you arrive early to facilitate a smooth check-in process.

2. The Draw:

• The draw to determine match fixtures will be conducted in front of all participants on the tournament day.

• Participants will be grouped based on the draw results, ensuring transparency and fairness.

• Players are encouraged to be present during the draw to know their opponents and match timings.

3. Match Setup:

• All necessary gaming equipment will be provided at the venue. However, players are allowed to bring their own PS4 controllers if they prefer.

• Players will be briefed on the match format and brackets upon arrival.

4. Gameplay Rules:

• Standard FIFA 23 gameplay rules will be enforced.

• Any form of cheating, including exploiting game glitches or bugs, will result in immediate disqualification.

• Players are expected to maintain a respectful and sportsmanlike demeanour throughout the tournament.

5. Reporting Results:

• Match results will be recorded by organizers or tournament officials after each game.

• In case of any disputes regarding match results, the decision of the organizers will be final.

6. Breaks and Refreshments:

• Designated break times will be allocated. Players are advised to remain in the venue during these times.

• Refreshments may be available at the venue. Ensure you keep the gaming areas clean and dispose of any trash appropriately.

7. Prizes:

• Details about prizes for the top players will be displayed at the venue.

• Winners will need to provide identification and proof of registration when claiming prizes.

8. Safety and Security:

• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizers will not be liable for any lost or stolen items.

• Any form of aggressive behaviour or misconduct will result in immediate ejection from the venue and disqualification from the tournament.

9. General:

• By participating, players agree to all the rules and guidelines set forth by the organizers.

• Organizers reserve the right to make changes to the tournament structure, rules, or schedule if deemed necessary. Any such changes will be communicated promptly.

10. Participant Requirements:

• The tournament will only commence with a minimum of 100 participants.

• Familiarize yourself with the venue location and ensure punctuality on the day of the event.
